Jennifer E. Lane, PT, MPT

Jennifer Lane moved to Denver, CO in 1997, lured by the beautiful mountains, after growing up and going to college on the east coast. She completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2002. Jennifer’s personal experience with physical therapy (as a patient), drew her to the field and gives her an empathetic view of her patients’ problems.

 



Professional Experience and Education

 

Jennifer earned her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She gained clinical experience at Craig Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, Denver Health Medical Center, University Hospital Anschutz Center, and Matrix Rehabilitation of Denver. Her clinical focus ranged from spinal cord injury rehabilitation to intensive care patient therapy to outpatient neurologic and vestibular therapy. She worked at Cherry Creek Physical Therapy since 2002, starting in the role as staff physical therapist, and eventually becoming the Clinic Director.

 

Jennifer has achieved the following certifications:

• Pilates Mat Certification for Health Care Professionals
• Certification in Chair Through Peak Pilates
• Pilates Reformer Certification for the Health Care Professional
.

 

 

Jennifer believes that to be most effective for her patients, she needs to stay current with treatment options. This has driven her to pursue continuing education in a variety of different areas.
